2XFR is a public forum. 2XFR is provided as a marketplace on the Internet where inventors and technology owners list technology in a database with the express desire to develop a business relationship with a buyer, licensee, partner or other party that may have an interest in the listed technology. PatentCafe does not receive a commission, finder's fee, royalty, performance fee, consulting service fee, or any other compensation as a result of any business relationship that may develop between any parties that form a technology transfer agreement as a result of this service.

Through 2XFR, you may separately purchase intellectual property related products or services. These products or services are not connected to, nor are they required for any licensing relationship between Licensor or licensees of technologies or inventions listed on 2XFR. They are provided as a convenience to users of this site.

Via links on this site, a user may access directory listings to Websites of companies or individuals who may provide products or services of interest to the user. Linking to websites from PatentCafe's IP network are provided as a convenience to users of this site, and do not constitute endorsement of or a recommendation to employ those companies or individuals listed.

Technology Listing Information Submitted to 2XFR:

Paid technology listings are posted to 2XFR for a period of one year. The inventor, technology owner, or authorized representative of a technology (for purposes of these terms and conditions, referred to as "Licensor") will be notified prior to the expiration of the listing period that the listing is about to expire. The Licensor may renew a posting at the end of the period at the then current rate schedule.

The Licensor must have either an issued patent, or a pending patent application on file with a recognized patent issuing authority prior to listing a technology upon this site, subject to the following exception:

Listings will be accepted for posting consideration from an authorized representative of a recognized government agency or university, even if the technology is not currently protected by an issued or pending patent, provided that the representative is authorized to post and disclose NON-confidential information upon this site. Such posting is the representative's express affirmation that they are submitting the technology under the guidance or advisement of qualified legal counsel.

DO NOT POST OR SUBMIT CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION related to any invention or technology to this Website. You agree that all postings or submissions of information related to any invention or technology are considered non-confidential, and that such information is acceptable for publishing in a public forum.

Posting of confidential information may result in the loss of Licensor's intellectual property rights to the technology. Licensor agrees that they have consulted qualified legal counsel prior to posting a technology to 2XFR.

Modifying Listing Information:

At any time after the Licensor posts information to 2XFR, they may request to have any or all of the information deleted or changed. PatentCafe will timely respond to such request, and will make the requested modification to a posting subject to the payment of a nominal service fee. To change to your information listing, please send your request to Customer Service, and reference your personal technology listing reference number in your correspondence.
